Users bear full responsibility for their shared content. The following content is strictly prohibited:

• Harassment, hate speech, or abusive content
• Misleading health guidance
• Spam or promotional content
• Illegal material

Momarto reserves the right to remove violations and suspend accounts.

3. User Responsibilities

Members must provide accurate information, use the platform lawfully, and respect other users' rights.

5. Intellectual Property

Momarto retains ownership of all content, design, and software. Permission is required for external use.
